A concrete wall encloses the house’s social spaces on the ground floor. At this level, there are no openings to the outside, which fosters a sense of seclusion. All openings, instead, direct toward an internal patio, enhancing its intimacy.

Two independent room units hover over this wall, each equipped with its own staircase and entrance. This design increases rental flexibility and will ultimately provide two secluded private areas for kids and parents once the building fulfills its primary function as a family home.
